CUBIC FOAM - PRIVACY POLICY

Individuals (“User”) who visit and/or use the website at the “cubicfoam.com” address (the “Website”), operated by Cubic Foam (the “Company”), are required to read this Privacy Policy prior to using the Website.

• Certain corporate and personal data (such as contact person name, company name, age, e-mail address, phone number, delivery address, etc.) are requested on the Website in order to serve Users better. Such data collected through the Website are used within the Website in order to carry out corporate campaign studies, provide updated technical matrices, or execute special promotion activities aimed at the User’s account. Apart from personal data, statistical data of the transactions and technical inquiry trends made through the Website are analyzed and retained.
  * The Company absolutely does not share the data communicated to it through inquiry, membership, or bulk order forms with third parties, outside of the Users' knowledge or unless required by applicable laws, and does not use or sell such data for any commercial purposes unrelated to its industrial manufacturing activities.
• The Re-Marketing, Demography and Field of Interest Reporting features of Google Analytics may be used on the Website. Visual advertising may be excluded from the scope of Google Analytics and Google Display Network advertisements may be customized using advertisement settings. The demographic data provided by Google Analytics may be used to customize the Website interface, product specifications, and advertisements (if any) according to the fields of interest and procurement needs of Users.
  * Such data may be shared with advertisement publishers, together with data belonging to other Users, while being used in target audience studies. These data do not include any personal data (such as name, surname, national ID number, corporate bank details, payment information, etc.); they are used solely to analyze user trends, material requirements, and compile target audience statistics.
•  By accepting this Policy and using the Website, the User approves the sharing of anonymous data with advertisement publishers for advertising and promotion purposes.
• Third-party providers, including Google, may display Cubic Foam advertisements on publisher websites across the internet. First-party cookies and third-party cookies may be used collectively by the Website and third-party providers to collect information regarding advertisements and to optimize and publish advertisements based on Users’ previous visits to the Website.
• Personal and Corporate User data may be disclosed to public authorities solely in cases where it is demanded by court order or where such disclosure is compulsory under mandatory legislation provisions.
• User credit card or banking data requested on payment processing gateways are not kept on the servers of the Website or third-party service provider companies in order to maintain the security of Users at the highest level. All payment transactions are realized securely between the related financial institution/bank and the device used by the User through the Website interface.
• By approving this Policy, the User confirms that the data shared with the Company are corporate or personal data belonging to them or their legal business entity, and that such data may be shared with other legal entities affiliated with the Company in order to carry out industrial sales, business development, marketing activities, and provide proper notification to communication devices.
• It is always possible to be removed from the professional e-mail sending list by clicking the “Please click if you do not want to be informed about the campaign announcements.” link at the bottom of the e-mails/WhatsApp messages sent within the scope of Website communication, or by leaving the “I would like to be informed about campaigns and opportunities” option blank in the “Update Membership Data” field in the “My Account” section on the Website.
• The Member accepts, declares and undertakes that he has expressly consented to the transmission of his data to third parties to be determined by the Company, domestically or abroad, in order for such data to be retained, stored and processed for any commercial and operational purposes.
• Cubic Foam is the Data Supervisor and accepts to comply with all its liabilities and obligations under applicable Egyptian laws.
• The personal and corporate data of the Member are processed in order to offer a better B2B material procurement experience, collect and compile statistical factory data, improve commercial activities, fulfill obligations arising from the partnership or membership agreement, and for similar industrial manufacturing purposes.
• The data of the Member are collected through electronic inquiry forms on the Website or other electronic communication means, where necessary.
• At any time, the Member is entitled to apply to the Data Supervisor Company under the Law and find out whether his data have been processed or not, request information about his processed data – if any, find out the purpose of processing data and whether such data have been used in accordance with such purpose or not, know the third parties to whom his data have been transmitted, request the correction of errors in his data and, if transmitted, request such correction to be demanded from the related third parties, request his data to be deleted, destroyed or anonymized upon the elimination of the causes necessitating the processing of data and, if transmitted, to ask for this request to be communicated to the third party to whom they have been transmitted, challenge any negative result related to the individual or entity as a result of processed data, and claim damages under the Law in case any damages are incurred due to processing of data contrary to the Law.
