By continuing to use the Website, the User accepts, declares, and undertakes that they fully understand and expressly consent to all provisions outlined below.
1. General Provisions and Portal Purpose
- The Website is an online industrial B2B portal designed to showcase product categories (including Light Foam, Medium Foam, High Density Foam, Soft & Super Soft Foam, Memory Foam, and Engineered Shapes & Wholesale Raw Blocks), present technical specifications, and facilitate corporate inquiries and sales.
- The Company reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any product spec, density tier, color indicator, or aspect of the Website at any time without prior notice to the User.
2. Accuracy of Corporate Data & Technical Specifications
- To utilize certain features of the Website, such as requesting custom item quotes or creating a member profile, Users are required to provide precise, current, and accurate corporate and personal data (name, company name, phone number, email address).
- The User accepts that all technical matrices, density indicators, color mappings, and application guidelines published on the Website are provided for industrial informational purposes. While the Company strives to maintain perfect catalog alignment, minor chemical pouring variances or dimensional manufacturing tolerances standard to the polyurethane foam industry may apply.

4. Commercial Order Inquiries & Limitation of Liability
- Submitting technical requirements via electronic inquiry forms, WhatsApp links, or custom sizing grids constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ). It does not create a binding sales or purchase contract. A binding contract is only established once the Company issues a signed, formal Proforma Invoice and order confirmation.
- The Company is a raw and semi-finished foam supplier. The Company accepts no liability or responsibility for any damages, structural failures, or compliance issues arising from the final retail manufacturing process of products (such as home chairs, luxury sofas, or mattresses) assembled by third-party factories or individuals using Cubic Foam materials.
5. Account Security and Forbidden Website Activities
- If the User utilizes a corporate membership login, they are entirely responsible for protecting their account security data and passwords. Any transaction or inquiry submitted through the User's portal profile is legally recognized as a direct corporate action by the User.

6. Commercial Communication and Campaign Opt-Ins*
- By approving these Terms, the User confirms that the Company and its legal business affiliates may send informational updates, processing lead times, pricing updates, and campaign announcements to their registered communication devices (including Email, SMS, and WhatsApp).
